The Role As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client investment properties post-handover. You’ll review leases, ensure insurance and rent renewals are up to date, monitor compliance, and maintain property performance on behalf of investors. Key responsibilities include: Managing external Property Managers and ensuring full compliance Reviewing leases for legal accuracy and key term dates Overseeing landlord insurance, rent reviews, and renewals Monitoring and following up on maintenance, defects, and warranties Checking routine inspection reports for accuracy Minimising vacancies and maximising rental income Providing clients with regular performance updates What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in residential property management (VIC) Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent (preferred) Current PM or Real Estate Licence (preferred) Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy laws Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills Confident communicator with the ability to hold others accountable Full working rights in Australia Why You’ll Love Working Here This business exists to help everyday Australians conquer debt, build wealth, and achieve financial freedom — and that extends to its team, too.
