Freelance Sales Lead | Australian Market Launch| FULLY REMOTE $80 per hour super | 15 to 20 hours per week | Project based An established European fashion brand is preparing for a full product launch into the Australian market and is seeking an experienced freelance Sales Lead to drive the initial market entry phase. This is a rare opportunity to lead the commercial roll out of a brand from launch stage, shaping distribution, building partnerships and establishing the foundations for long term growth in ANZ. The Opportunity Working closely with the global team, you will take ownership of the Australian market entry strategy and execution across wholesale and key retail channels. This is a hands on, commercially focused role suited to someone who has previously launched brands into ANZ or significantly scaled distribution within fashion or lifestyle categories. The engagement is initially project based at approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility around structure and scheduling. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the go to market sales strategy for Australia Identify and secure priority wholesale and retail partners Lead range sell in presentations and commercial negotiations Advise on channel mix including department stores, premium independents and online Provide local market insight on pricing, positioning and competitor landscape Partner with global stakeholders on launch planning and seasonal alignment Establish foundations for scalable distribution and revenue growth About You Proven experience as a National Sales Manager, Wholesale Manager or similar within fashion, apparel or lifestyle Demonstrated success launching or expanding brands within the Australian market Strong existing network across relevant retail channels Commercially sharp with the ability to balance strategy and execution Comfortable operating autonomously in a start up style market entry phase Available on a freelance basis for a structured part time engagement Why This Role Lead the launch of an international brand into Australia Strategic autonomy and influence from day one Flexible freelance structure Competitive rate of $80 per hour plus super Opportunity to shape the future footprint of the brand in ANZ
