About The Role: We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Telesales Executive. You think creatively, with a passion for Sales, and experience selling technology products is a bonus. A quick learner with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you are goals-focused, resilient and sociable with a positive “can-do” attitude. Reporting directly to the Australian General Manager, you will be accountable for executing business growth plans for our self-service segment in Australia. You will drive the business forward, generating and winning new business by delivering new customers, revenue and sales conversion rates measured against target and budget. Responsibilities: Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email. Generating targeted prospecting lists using Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Amplemarket. Proactive, outbound, email, LinkedIn and phone-based contact to prospective customers. Upselling to recently won, new customers to find additional opportunities. Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions for our customers. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of new customers won, the number of lead conversions and Expected Annual Revenue from New Customers won. Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively. Working through the entire selling process, including qualification, questioning, negotiating, and closing deals. Ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible, from trialling our services to buying them. Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (Salesforce). Within a Technology or SaaS organisation is a bonus. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Demonstrable track record of sales success. Solid influencing and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Driven by a passion for delivering results. Experience of using a CRM system. An ability to understand technology and the problems it solves, and to articulate that to prospective customers. A passion for professional development and for selling. What We Offer: (Offering do vary by location but we can guarantee competitive employee benefits) Competitive salary of $65,000 – $75,000 per annum (depending on experience).
