About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring SABA to life across all customer touchpoints. This role plays a key part in producing compelling, on-brand visual content for both digital and print applications, collaborating with key teams including Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail. Open to 4 days a week Key Responsibilities Asset Production & Management Admin, Day to Day responsibility. Produce weekly EDMs in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements Develop web assets across multiple formats and specifications Create tactical marketing assets in various sizes and outputs Prepare assets for final artwork, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and production-ready Manage file organisation and asset workflows to support efficiency and version control Supply assets to the marketing and Ecomm team is a clear manner. Managing multiple requests across the team and updates. BAU ads, creative image assets for David Jones and other externals. In-store signage spec resize and assets. Graphic Design & Creative Support Create generic text lock-ups weekly for advertising and tactical use Design and update seasonal decals as required Perform photo retouching to ensure high-quality visual output Creative & Campaign Work: Design fun, engaging creative for social reels and digital ads Develop design assets for event activations and promotional campaigns Campaign throughout execution About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within premium fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing tools (Premiere/Resolve/Capcut). Proven experience in creating motion and video content for social platforms. Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and typography. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative working style. Demonstrated success in delivering against marketing, digital, and communication goals. Comfort working in fast-paced, high-output creative environments. Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability. Up to date with digital design trends and UX/UI best practices. Sound technical understanding of digital platforms and frontend constraints. Experience producing high volumes of digital and motion assets efficiently. Clear communicator with the ability to articulate creative ideas and take feedback constructively.
