We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to take on a key nursing lead role within this innovative, digitally enabled service.  This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new model of care that combines advanced respiratory nursing practice, virtual care and multidisciplinary collaboration to support early detection and timely follow-up.  Fulltime and Part time positions available.  About the Role: You will lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Nodule Management Service, delivering advanced clinical assessment, triage, coordination and follow-up for people with lung nodules. A significant component of the role is delivered through virtual care and digital workflows, including asynchronous coordination, digital care pathways and remote communication.  You will play a central role in supporting Northern Healthâs participation in the National Lung Cancer Screening Program and in shaping nurse-led, digitally enabled pathways that improve timeliness, communication and outcomes.  The role offers high autonomy, with strong clinical and organisational support, and the opportunity to help design and embed a contemporary, person-centred model of care.  To be successful in this role: You are an experienced respiratory, acute or critical care nurse who enjoys building new services and working with digital models of care.
