Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in a accomodation setting. Provide respectful, person-centred personal care. Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently. Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals. Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays. Here’s what will help you shine in this role: Experience supporting customers in an accommodation/group home setting. Comfortable with personal care and daily living tasks , including domestic duties. Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with epilepsy management plans, complex behaviours, catheter care, diabetes management, and behavioural support plans . Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations. Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
