In this rewarding role, you will support the delivery of engaging lifestyle, social and wellbeing programs that enhance the emotional, social and physical wellbeing of our residents. Working collaboratively with the Lifestyle Team, you will help plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group activities that promote choice, connection and inclusion, in line with Catholic Healthcare’s Model of Care and Lifestyle & Engagement Framework.
