Key Responsibilities: Work with the Product Team to develop a multi-category womenswear range catering to a global market Buy in line with monthly category budgets and option plans to meet business targets Manage repeat orders of best sellers and core lines to maximise sales Ensure assortment depth and size curves are relevant and in line with sales patterns Accountable for execution of category ranges with the support of the product team from product selection/ranging, quantification, timeline management and financial performance to deliver key metrics Review trade weekly highlighting best and worst performers and areas of opportunity across AU, US & UK storefronts Form & present product performance feedback and findings to the design teams and offer guidance for future developments Review pricing architectures by category to achieve intake margin targets in line with business goals Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and factories Follow and contribute to the Clear As You Go strategy for markdowns Maintain a strong awareness of competitors and the marketplace Build a strong understanding of the White Fox customer in each key market Work with Marketing and Social Teams to ensure key items are promoted and featured in campaigns Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Buying position in ecommerce apparel Demonstrated knowledge of merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel Understanding and solid interpretation of global trends Good judgement and decision-making skills Ability to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines Exceptional organisational skills High level of accuracy & attention to detail Can work autonomously as well as part of a team Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business Benefits Rosebery location Onsite parking Stunning offices, including an onsite gym & kitchen stocked with lots of goodies On-site pilates and yoga classes Access to the in-house coffee bar Monthly clothing allowance ongoing clothing discounts Fun events throughout the year Employee Assistance Program
