These are paid employment positions combined with formal training, designed specifically to support people with disability to find, keep and grow in meaningful work. We are currently recruiting for the following traineeship roles: Retail Trainee Develop customer service confidence, learn store operations, and gain hands‑on retail experience in supportive environments. Hospitality Trainee Build practical skills in cafés, hospitality and food service settings, including barista, customer service and food safety training. Business Trainee Kickstart your corporate career with experience in administration, scheduling, communication, office systems and workplace organisation. Community Services Trainee (Aged Care, Disability or Youth) Support vulnerable people, contribute to community programs and learn the foundations of person‑centred practice. ICT Support Trainee Join an IT team and gain skills in helpdesk support, devices, troubleshooting, cyber‑safe practices and workplace technology. Horticulture Trainee Work outdoors maintaining gardens, parks and open spaces, developing hands‑on horticulture and grounds‑maintenance skills. Early Childhood Trainee Support educators, assist with children's learning and routines, and build a strong foundation for a career in early childhood education. Customer Service Trainee Develop communication, problem‑solving, enquiry management and customer support skills across corporate or government settings. Eligibility – For People with Disability These traineeships are specifically for people with disability , including individuals with long‑term impairments or activity limitations. To be eligible, your disability must be long‑term (12 months or more) and impact daily living or participation. Acceptable supporting evidence includes: Treating practitioner or allied health report Disability Support Pension evidence NDIS plan or Access Letter School/education disability verification Any document confirming functional impact over 12 months We collect only what is required and treat all information confidentially .
