We are seeking a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their Australian headquarters in Brisbane. You won’t just be 'ordering parts' - you’ll be the heartbeat of the aftermarket service department, ensuring that the machines building our world keep moving. Working closely with the Sales and Service teams, your daily impact will include: Tech-driven sourcing : Navigating electronic and web-based catalogues to pinpoint specific parts for heavy machinery. Technical accuracy : Reading technical drawings and cross-referencing part numbers with precision. Global coordination : Communicating with local customers and global branches to track down components. End-to-end workflow : Handling the full cycle - from creating professional quotes to monitoring stock levels. Problem solving : Collaborating with the team to ensure the right part reaches the right machine, every time. ABOUT YOU We hire for attitude. Clear communicator : You can talk to anyone - from a mechanic in the field to a global parts manager. Reliable : You’re ready to commit to a 38-hour week and - at times - extra hours depending on business requirements. (Experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy machinery is a bonus, but not a requirement!)
