Be part of a high ‑ performing maintenance team supporting a fast ‑ paced FMCG operation! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Dual Trade to join our Maintenance & Engineering team at our Arndell Park site. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is critical to keeping our production operations running safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. This is a hands ‑ on role for someone who enjoys fault ‑ finding, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for the proactive preventative maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment across the site. Your focus will be on reliability, safety, quality and supporting production outcomes. Your new role will include: Responding to electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime Performing preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance via SAP CMMS Maintaining and optimising preventative maintenance programs Inspecting and testing electrical systems Supporting site projects, equipment installs and plant upgrades Investigating faults using RCA and continuous improvement tools Ensuring compliance with WHS, GMP and GHP standards Collaborating with Production, QA, Engineering and contractors About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels. About You This role suits a motivated, safety ‑ focused tradesperson who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative maintenance team.
