Our longstanding client is passionate about providing high-quality fire protection solutions and supporting the people who design, specify and deliver safe buildings. Due to internal growth, they are now looking for a Technical Specification Co-ordinator to join the team and play a key role in supporting clients. This is a varied and engaging role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, sharing technical expertise and working collaboratively across teams to support projects from design stage through to completion. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, specifiers and internal teams, providing technical support, ensuring the companies products are specified on projects nationwide. As a Technical Specification Co-ordinator, you will be: Acting as a trusted technical point of contact, providing clear, timely support to customers and internal teams Preparing and delivering high-quality technical documentation, including specification sheets, penetration schedules and project-specific drawings Driving new specification opportunities by identifying and supporting construction projects from design through to completion Building strong relationships with architects, designers and specifiers to ensure the companies products are specified across projects Representing the company across the industry through site visits, webinars, conferences and presentations You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy working with technical detail. You’re confident, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships both internally and externally. You will ideally bring: A degree in Engineering (preferred) and experience in a similar technical or specification-focused role A strong customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills across written, phone and face-to-face interactions The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to suit different audiences A practical, commercial approach to applying technical knowledge A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to change For this role your salary will be around $120,000 plus Super and there may be opportunities for your role to progress and develop down the line For more information and to register your interest get in contact with me on tom.westbury@coretalent.com.au or 0418 719 410
