Within all roles it is a requirement to provide excellent customer service and be able to work in high pressure situations. Pool Lifeguard As the Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that all guests receive an unforgettable experience. The primary responsibility of the role will be to ensure that all aspects of pool supervision are effectively covered, with the highest level of focus on safety and the application of First Aid as required. While assisting in maintaining the general up-keep and maintenance of centre facilities to provide outstanding customer service as per company standards. Skills & Experience NSW Pool Lifeguard Licence First Aid (HLTAID0011) and CPR Certification Hold or eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check Sport & Fitness Instructor The Sport & Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes and personal training sessions, ensuring an engaging and safe experience for all participants. The role also includes the supervision of recreational trampoline sessions and oversight of general sports hall activities, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-managed environment. Working as part of the Leisure Centre team, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer service while promoting active participation and positive guest experiences across all programs and facilities.
