Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes Ability to contribute to menu planning Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.
