Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical/Registered Psychologists, Clinical Counsellors & Psychotherapists, & Credentialed Mental Health Social Workers to join our team. The successful candidates swill specialize in clinical assessments such as ADHD assessments and provide counselling services to both children and adults. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy and counselling to individuals, couples, children and families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, paediatricians, and educators. Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings. Implement crisis intervention strategies and support clients with a range of complex presentations, including PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. Essential Criteria: Full registration as a Clinical/Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, or equivalent counselling accreditation (ACA, PACFA, AASW). Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in therapy or counselling. Working With Children (WWC) Check Demonstrated experience in ADHD assessment and diagnosis. Experience providing counselling to children, adolescents, and adults. Strong capability in clinical case management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience working with diverse client groups and presentations. Desirable: Experience with trauma-informed practice, paediatric or developmental psychology, or workplace counselling. Familiarity with digital platforms for documentation and telehealth delivery. Willingness to offer evening or weekend appointments.
