Our client is looking for a Practice Manager for their clinics in Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale to support their team of GPs/Rural Generalists and our experienced staff of nurses, receptionists, allied health professionals and administration staff. The practice was established more than 30 years ago and has a reputation for providing exceptional patient care to our local community. This position reports to the Practice Principal and has oversight of daily operations, staff management, financial planning and delivery, practice policy, junior doctor and clinical staff education and reporting and accreditation requirements. This position provides an opportunity for an experienced or recently-qualified Practice Manager to step into a well-organised business-oriented practice with established policies and procedures and experienced well-trained staff. The appointment also provides an opportunity to support the continued growth of the business and introduce new or refreshed operational activities.
