Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) in partnership with Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal community members in and around the townships of Lakes Entrance, Metung and Swan Reach. The Aboriginal Health Nurse works collaboratively to provide culturally appropriate, high-quality health care services to clients at the Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association. The role focuses on health promotion, prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management while respecting the cultural practices and beliefs of the community. Part-time – 30 hours per week Based at Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association $110,994 (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation. Qualifications And Experience Current AHPRA recognised Registered Nurse qualification.
