The Tasks Ahead: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all operational field staff, coordinating mobilisation, resource allocation, and daily activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to scope Champion a strong safety-first culture, ensuring full OHSE compliance through audits, risk assessments, training, and proactive environmental management Act as a key client liaison, supporting business development, contributing to tenders and proposals, and identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work Collaborate across sales, hire, projects, dredging, and services divisions to deliver integrated, whole-of-business solutions Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, accountable, and professional workplace culture About You You are a confident and experienced operational leader with a proven track record in superintendent or senior leadership roles. You thrive in field-based environments, lead by example, and are passionate about driving safety, performance, and operational excellence. PLEASE NOTE.
