This role is focused on building a strong pipeline of new clients through a structured, strategic sales approach and delivering agreed new business revenue targets. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Sales , this incentive-driven role is supported by a Business Development Manager and the broader Corporate Sales and Kaplan Professional teams. Once new business is secured, accounts are transitioned to the Relationship Management team, enabling this role to remain focused on growth and acquisition. Responsibilities Develop and execute a detailed sales plan aligned to target industries, clients, and activity to achieve new business revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, events, upselling, referrals, and cold calling. Generate and convert new business opportunities into revenue through effective sales practices. Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with clear forecasting and reporting. Work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales to achieve agreed new business revenue targets. Collaborate with the Corporate Sales team to build product knowledge and identify industry opportunities. Lead and support the Business Development Manager to drive pipeline growth and team success. Build strong professional relationships with prospective corporate clients and key decision-makers. Requirements Proven experience in a sales hunter or new business development role. Demonstrated ability to generate and convert new business revenue. Strong client management and relationship-building capability. Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry. Experience managing sales pipelines with clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Willingness to cold call and represent the organisation at industry events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills with high attention to detail.
