About Your Role Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Contracts Officer within our Employment Programs Division. Reporting to the Client Contracts Manager, you will oversee the creation, management and renewal of client contracts ensuring compliance, documentation and risk management contributing to an experience that empowers our clients to belong and thrive. Your Key Focus Identify, explore and advocate for opportunities to improve how we onboard clients, with a focus on safety, quality and sustainability Work collaboratively to coordinate the creation, management and renewal of client contracts in alignment with relevant legal, regulatory, compliance and budget requirements Maintain accurate documentation, collaring and submitting this to relevant stakeholders Share feedback to support the development, implementation and ongoing evolution of client acquisition and retention plans and priorities Contribute to monitoring funding arrangements to identify and appropriately report issues What We Look For Proven knowledge of relevant NDIS compliance and funding rules Strong administration, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate with different levels of the business and develop strong relationships with stakeholders Strong ability to priortise and manage time competing tasks Experience within the Community/ Non-For-Profit Sector will be beneficial View the position description here!
