Partner in the Community Clinical Practice Manager Early Childhood Full-time Mowbray, TAS About the Role Are you passionate about supporting families and young children in your community? We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Practice Manager to join our Early Childhood team in Launceston, working directly with families to strengthen connections and build brighter futures. In this full-time role, you'll lead clinical practice across our early childhood services, ensuring families receive high-quality, evidence-based support when they need it most. You'll work alongside a committed team who share your values of compassion, respect, and making a real difference in people's lives. What You'll Do Operations & Service Development Promote inclusive practices supporting children's participation in home, community, and early childhood settings Lead development of early support initiatives grounded in developmental science and ECIA Best Practice guidelines Ensure clinical principles are integrated in program designs including developmental screening and coaching models Monitor service quality using validated tools such as the International Classification of Functioning Deliver targets in line with NDIS service agreements and guidelines Workforce Development & Capacity Building Develop staff capacity through coaching and reflective practice aligned with adult learning principles Lead audits of early support plans to monitor adherence to best practice guidelines Facilitate communities of practice and peer learning sessions Support staff to deliver culturally competent services for diverse families Support coordinators to use developmental screening tools such as ASQ and Pedi-cat Family & Community Engagement Champion family choice, voice, and participation in service design and delivery Develop strong partnerships with families, community organisations, and health networks Ensure services are accessible and equitable, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families What We're Looking For Qualification in Allied Health Current registration with a professional association such as AHPRA, Australian Psychological Society (APS) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Minimum 3 years' experience working in Early Childhood settings Previous experience in coaching staff within Early Childhood settings and programs Ability to build genuine relationships with families from diverse backgrounds Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the region About us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
