Your New Role We have a 12-month max-term contract opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Consultants to join our Brand & Growth Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Intermediary, the Marketing Communications Consultant is responsible for designing, developing and executing growth marketing activity through intermediary channels to achieve Fund growth targets. Ensuring all activity is cohesive, impactful, compliant, compelling and delivers on the Brand promise; provides clear, relevant and timely messaging; and supports an integrated and frictionless experience from awareness, consideration and purchase decision, through to join. Key responsibilities will include; Develop industry leading, data-driven, B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns and communications that attract and acquire new registered businesses and advisers, and new members through intermediary channels. Work collaboratively with business partners, product and investment teams to create informed marketing strategies and assets that will achieve growth targets. Support Business Development on tenders, pitches, prospecting events, lead generation, lead nurture and transition communications. Contribute to the integrated marketing program, ensuring opportunities for leverage and integration are identified, particularly through extending member campaigns to support intermediary channels wherever possible. In conjunction with cross-functional teams, simplify and uplift acquisition pathways and communications to ensure join and other relevant ease and satisfaction metrics are met. Ensure the brand voice, look and feel is consistent across all assets and that every execution helps to build brand strength and distinctiveness. Develop a wide variety of marketing communication campaigns and assets by either copywriting, briefing internal creative teams or external agencies to deliver high quality outputs, and measure success of the approach. What You’ll Need Solid experience in marketing and or communication roles, preferably in superannuation, financial services or B2B marketing. Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convert technical concepts into plain language. Ability to translate audience insights into workable and measurable solutions with an audience-centric lens. Ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to negotiate and finalise outcomes with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to co-create and deliver outcomes. Strong attention to detail, yet strategically minded.
