Casual Community Support Worker (Greek-Speaking) We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, Greek-speaking Community Support Worker to join our team and support older people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, understands the importance of culture and language in care, and wants flexible casual work that truly makes a difference. About the role As a Community Support Worker, you will provide practical and social support to customers in their homes and local community. Your ability to communicate in Greek will help customers feel understood, respected, and connected. Duties may include: Providing companionship and social support Assisting with personal care Assisting with domestic tasks Supporting customers to attend appointments or community activities Promoting independence, wellbeing, and choice Communicating respectfully with customers and their families About you You will bring: Ability to speak Greek (essential) A warm, respectful, and patient approach Reliability and a genuine interest in supporting older people Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts Essential requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards) Current Police Check Current NDIS check Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
