Job Description About Our Client We are partnering with our client, a premium flash sales business operating across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The business works directly with luxury brands and official distributors to transform past-season inventory into high-performing, sustainable online and offline sales experiences. Sustainability is core to the model, with a strong focus on circular retail and responsible inventory management. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations and Marketing, the Omnichannel Operations Executive plays a critical role in the flawless execution of offline pop-up events and selected online sales. This is a hands-on operational role where precision, reliability, and accountability are essential. You will progressively take ownership of larger and more complex events as your experience grows. Key Responsibilities CRM and performance Own email marketing campaigns across private and public sales Manage segmentation, in-event communications, and post-event follow-up Analyse CRM and campaign data to improve engagement and conversion Brand and growth Lead brand awareness and member acquisition strategy for Australia Propose and execute marketing initiatives from concept to delivery Manage PR initiatives and agency relationships Identify and manage strategic partnerships Leadership and collaboration Manage and mentor one junior team member Collaborate closely with e-commerce, customer service, and IT teams Work with regional marketing stakeholders Requirements Around 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within retail or e-commerce Hands-on CRM and email marketing experience, Insider preferred Strong project management and analytical skills PR experience and luxury exposure are advantageous Job Details Location: Sydney CBD Employment type: Permanent, full-time Working arrangement: Hybrid of 4 office days per week Start date: ASAP What’s On Offer Exposure to an international e-commerce business and luxury brand portfolio The opportunity to shape and own marketing strategy for a growing market A high-impact role during a key growth phase Mentorship and development within a global marketing environment Collaboration with regional and international teams
