About the Role In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day call centre operations and play a key part in maintaining strong communication between customers, insurers, internal claims teams, and a national network of Area Representatives. You'll provide hands-on leadership, ensure workflows run smoothly, and support consistent, high-quality customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily call centre operations relating to claims, assessments, and field repairs Allocate, manage, and track a national team of subcontracted Area Representative Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for calls and field activity Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and service levels Manage escalations and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders Ensure consistent processes and customer outcomes Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience as a Call Centre Supervisor or Team Leader Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems Experience managing contractors or external field teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics High attention to detail with strong follow-up and accountability Confident decision-making under pressure Highly Regarded Insurance claims or assessment / repair coordination experience Experience supporting nationally dispersed teams Exposure to CRM or claims management systems What's on Offer $46.25 per hour Super Immediate start Clear scope and responsibilities Supportive, professional environment Be part of a newly created area of the business, lay the foundation and help it grow.
