With continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are now looking to add a capable and motivated Project Coordinator to support their Project Delivery Team. About the Role This is a hands-on Project Coordinator role supporting Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure residential builds run smoothly from start to finish. You'll play a critical role in coordinating trades, materials, documentation, and timelines, acting as the glue between the office and site. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being part of a delivery-focused team. Roles & Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors across multiple residential builds Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules Assist with construction programs, variations, and job documentation Track project progress and update internal systems Liaise with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and administration Ensure compliance with company processes, safety, and quality standards Handle day-to-day project queries and assist in resolving issues proactively Skills & Experience Previous experience in residential construction (Project Coordinator, CA, Admin, or similar) Strong understanding of residential build stages and workflows Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator with the ability to deal with trades and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Comfortable using construction management software and Microsoft Office Relevant building, construction, or trade background highly regarded Company Culture & Benefits Supportive, down-to-earth team with a strong delivery focus Well-structured systems and processes that actually work Long-term role with a stable and growing residential builder Opportunity to grow your career alongside experienced construction professionals Competitive salary package based on experience Positive team culture that values accountability, teamwork, and quality builds About us Need Recruitment support?
