We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established company based in Campbelltown, NSW , to start immediately . Working Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Campbelltown, NSW Pay: AUD 60,000 (depending on experience) Super WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Competitive remuneration based on experience Stable, full-time opportunity with immediate start Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to lead and develop a warehouse team Exposure to a fast-paced and growing operation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met Ensure all warehouse activities comply with WHS policies and procedures Monitor stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Oversee loading and unloading of goods and ensure correct documentation Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy Resolve operational issues and manage workflow to meet deadlines Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across the warehouse QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Store person Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics operations Strong leadership and people management skills Sound understanding of inventory management systems Forklift licence (LF) – essential Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interested candidates are encouraged to click on the “APPLY NOW” button and submit their full, updated resume online (an easily readable Word document is preferred).
