Time: 6am-6pm - 12 Hour Shift (3day roster, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday) Location: Ingleburn Key Responsibilities Core Operational Duties Safely operate high reach forklifts , especially double-deep reach trucks to store and retrieve goods from tall racking systems. Perform RF scanning for stock movements and order fulfilment as required. Move pallets from production to storage and from storage to dispatch areas. Load and unload goods from trucks/trailers and staging areas. Palletising tasks and preparing pallets for shipment. Warehouse Support Undertake general warehouse duties including housekeeping, stock rotation, FIFO handling, and safety checks. Assist with inventory management, replenishment and cycle counts. Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to meet daily targets Required Skills & Experience Valid LF forklift licence/certification (NSW high-risk work licence). Proven experience operating high reach forklifts with double deep capability in a warehouse or distribution centre. Confidence with RF scanning computers/manuals and basic warehouse systems. Strong focus on safety procedures , knowing how to operate at heights and around other staff. Ability to lift manual loads when required and work efficiently in a team - reliability and good communication are critical. Desirable Attributes Previous experience in FMCG or food production distribution settings. Comfortable with warehouse productivity targets under time-pressured conditions. Work Environment Warehouse/distribution centre with tall racking and heavy goods movement. Fast-paced with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.
