The Role Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Microsoft 365 Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and continuously enhancing our clients Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Bi, Azure, and Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities Analyse business needs and recommend solutions; Design and document high-level system specifications; Convert logical designs into technical specifications; Prepare and present relevant solutions or changes to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) for endorsement; Build scalable Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint, SPFx, and Power Platform; Ensure user-friendly processes by aligning with requirements and resolving errors; Review and respond to support and enhancement requests; Prioritise tasks with input from senior technical leads and stakeholders; Identify and address process issues with business users; Apply fixes and enhancements following change management protocols; Estimate effort for development tasks; Develop and run unit tests; and Deliver stable,high quality releases. About you Strong technical experience at a developer level with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platforms; Minimum 2 years .NET experience; Display high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all internal processes and guidelines; Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills; Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and then develop solutions or support existing solutions to meet business needs; Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels; The ability to adjust communication style and technical information to suit varying audiences, expressing technology through a business lens; Experience with SPFx Framework for SharePoint Online development using TypeScript, ReactJS, PnP Framework, HTML5, CSS,JQuery, JSON, REST; Experience in Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online best practices and their application in production environments; Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate; Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio 2017, 2022; Knowledge and Experience of Microsoft identity, Microsoft Graph; PnP PowerShell Scripting, SharePoint Online Management Shell; Provisioning of Content Types, Site Templates for Communication Sites, Team Sites and Project Sites; and Development experience using C#, .NET, SQL Server 2014 - 2016.
