Our client, part of State Government, is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join their team in Parramatta. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the workforce strategy by analysing trends, forecasting staffing needs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support the delivery of quality educational services across New South Wales. This is a 12 month contract with option to extend or go permanent. What you will need: Experience with data reporting / analysing tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. The ability to create, generate, analyse and present reports. Experience with HRIS, ideally SAP Success Factors but any will do. Key responsibilities include: Analysing workforce data to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization. Developing workforce models to support strategic planning initiatives. Working closely with departments to understand current and future staffing requirements. Supporting decision-making processes through insightful reporting and data visualization. Contributing to continuous improvement of workforce planning processes to enhance service delivery.
