About the Role As Facility Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home. You’ll lead with compassion and purpose, balancing quality care, compliance, and operational performance while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence, communication, and decision-making will directly shape the experience of those who live and work in the home. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership across all areas of the home Create and maintain a culture of resident-centred, high-quality care Oversee operational performance, including staffing, budgets, and resources Ensure compliance with aged care standards and support ongoing accreditation readiness Support, coach, and develop your leadership and care teams Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care outcomes and staff engagement What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience within residential aged care as a Facility Manager or similar senior operational position. A genuine commitment to resident wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams Sound understanding of aged care compliance and operational requirements (or willingness to further develop this) Comfortable managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration welcome but not essential What’s On Offer Exceptional salary of $175,000 – $195,000 Super, reflecting your experience and leadership expertise.
