About the Role Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining high standards across the IntoWork Group. You will support audits, documentation control, quality reporting, registers, compliance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful organisational outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Quality Systems & Documentation Update and maintain quality documentation, policies, procedures and templates Support document control processes including versions, reviews and approvals Ensure processes align with quality and compliance requirements Audit & Compliance Support Assist with internal and external audit preparation Track audit findings, corrective actions and improvement plans Support follow‑up activities to ensure timely completion Data & Reporting Maintain quality registers, trackers and compliance logs Gather and compile quality metrics and performance data Prepare reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders Continuous Improvement Contribute to corrective and preventive action processes Support quality projects and improvement activities across the Group Stakeholder Support Respond to internal quality queries Provide guidance on quality processes and documentation Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You We're looking for someone with: Experience in quality, compliance, auditing, administration or governance (entry‑level welcome) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Strong organisational and project coordination skills Understanding of process models Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality Requirements: ISO9001 qualification is mandatory Knowledge of ISO 45001 or ISO 31000 Why IntoWork?
