As the Customer Experiences platform continues to scale across APAC, we are recruiting a newly formed Supply Operations Manager - Experiences role to help shape what is next. This is a high-impact, external-facing role for someone who knows the experiences, travel and hospitality space inside-out and is excited to build, optimise and scale world-class operator-led supply across priority destinations. As Supply Operations Manager - Experiences, you will partner closely with regional acquisition leads to source, onboard, optimise and retain high-quality experience operators. You will own the overall health of supply in your assigned region and act as a champion for Customer Experiences , both internally and within the industry. Balancing commercial outcomes with brand quality, you will collaborate across business, design and legal teams to help scale a trusted, high-quality marketplace, while thriving in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities : Identify, source and curate experiences that reflect the identity, culture and energy of each city. Stay ahead of travel, entertainment, food, art and pop-culture trends across APAC. Manage leads through internal funnels, CRMs and tracking tools. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to remove friction, accelerate acquisition and continuously improve processes. Support hosts through their first 3-6 months on platform, sharing best practices around pricing, operations and growth. Drive retention through both online and in-person engagement. Provide clear updates, insights and feedback to leadership and cross-functional partners. Build strong business cases to unblock issues and improve outcomes. Tracking, Reporting & Data Hygiene Quality & Brand Alignment Selection Criteria: 8 years' experience in supply acquisition, partnerships, sales, account management or operations Deep knowledge of the travel, experiences or hospitality industry within your city and region A sharp eye for quality, culture and emerging trends Strong experience working cross-functionally across creative, technical and commercial teams Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets High proficiency with CRM and operational tools (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable) Comfort thriving in ambiguity, changing priorities and fast-scaling environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience What We Offer: · Hybrid and flexible if the work is done! · 12-month fixed-term contract with paid holidays and sick leave entitlements.
