The Opportunity With our dedicated team of recruitment and HR professionals around you, you will have the opportunity to work across every area of the talent acquisition field and find your passion within the industry. The role will be structured and individually tailored for development and career growth- offering you the ability to gain education, experience and exposure to the full end to end recruitment/HR industry, whilst building on stakeholder management skill sets when working with clients. Your focus will be on providing quality recruitment support to your team members whist assisting in sourcing a wide range of roles for our client base. The roles you will be working on may range from junior to senior and could be across the finance, professional services, marketing, HR, not-for-profit, retail, technology, education and many more industries. Responsibilities Draft compelling job descriptions, post eye‑catching adverts, run talent searches, and confidently represent our clients when engaging with candidates. Review incoming applications with a sharp eye, assessing suitability and identifying standout talent quickly and effectively. Conduct phone screens with shortlisted candidates, uncovering their skills, motivations and salary expectations while delivering a great candidate experience. Coordinate interviews for our clients and prepare candidates so they feel informed, confident and set up for success. Maintain and optimise our ATS, ensuring data is accurate, organised and ready to support fast, high‑quality hiring decisions. Partner with clients on salary benchmarking, recruitment best practice, candidate management and market insights. Fill client roles efficiently while taking care to match the right person to the right opportunity. Proactively build and nurture our talent pipeline, continually developing relationships with future candidates. Provide valuable interview coaching and guidance to both clients and candidates. Identify opportunities to enhance our processes and contribute to a more efficient, client‑focused operation. Assist in drafting and organising employment‑related documents as needed. Contribute to broader project work across the recruitment and employee lifecycle. Support the smooth running of the business through diary management, template reviews, operational support and general admin. What you need to succeed We are like a family here at Partale Talent so first and foremost, we are looking for someone that is personable, excited to kick start their career and keen to hit the ground running to pick up some interesting work. Ideally, you will be/ have: A minimum of 1-2 years of professional work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, we are open to both agency and internal! Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients and employees. Detail orientated and able to manage both administrative tasks and data management. A Learning mindset- your goal is to absorb as much information about HR and people management as possible. A true team player- happy to put your hand up and both give and receive assistance whilst working in a collaborative way with your colleagues and the clients. An excellent communicator, both written and verbally. In HR, we need to be able to have tough conversations, being a clear communicator will help you with this.
