As a trusted advisor and key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll work closely with Centre Directors and senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening organisational capability, fostering positive employee relations, and championing a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture across multiple centres. This is a true business partnering role. No two days will be the same as you support leaders to build engaged teams, develop talent and create workplaces where people thrive. Day to day responsibilities include: Employee Relations: Provide ER/IR guidance and manage complex people matters Capability Development: Coach leaders and build capability through training and in-centre support OHS & Compliance: Embed a strong safety culture and ensure legislative compliance across centres Strategy & Insights: Deliver P&C initiatives informed by people metrics and business priorities Talent & Engagement: Drive attraction, retention, succession and engagement initiatives What you bring to the role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Proven experience managing complex ER matters end-to-end Success in talent management and succession planning The ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships Confidence using people metrics to guide decisions HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred About Explorers Explorers Early Learning is a founder-driven, women-led organisation created to raise the standard of early learning in Australia.
