This is an active, hands-on role supporting our workshop and service departments by moving vehicles, maintaining flow, and ensuring cars are cleaned and ready on time. About the role Reporting to the Wash & Vac Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in reducing congestion and keeping the operation moving. Your responsibilities will include : Moving vehicles around the dealership and workshop Keeping driveways and service areas clear at all times Washing and detailing vehicles to a consistent standard Fuelling , washing and detailing of customer loan vehicles to a consistent standard Staging vehicles so they are ready for technicians Returning vehicles to customers promptly Supporting the workshop team to maintain flow and efficiency This role requires you to be on your feet and moving throughout the day. This is an entry-level role, but reliability and attitude are critical. You'll need : A strong work ethic and sense of urgency Good attention to detail, particularly when washing vehicles The ability to work independently once trained Common sense and the ability to prioritise tasks To be fit, healthy, and comfortable with physical work A current driver's licence (manual preferred) Previous dealership experience is not required - the right attitude is more important than experience.
