Our client, a leading provider of community and facilities maintenance, is currently seeking two (2) experienced General All-Rounders to join their field team for an immediate start in the Eastern Suburbs. These roles are designed for hardworking individuals who enjoy a high-variety workday and take pride in maintaining the safety and leafy aesthetics of Adelaide’s eastern public spaces and facilities. As a Maintenance All-Rounder, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for a broad range of manual and semi-skilled tasks across multiple sites in the eastern region, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: Public Space Maintenance: Operating backpack blowers for street cleaning (2–3 hours daily) and cleaning bus shelters Specialised Cleaning: Targeted graffiti removal and the collection of hard rubbish Grounds & Civil Tasks: Small tree pruning and minor paving repairs/installations Logistics & Labour: Furniture removal and general manual handling tasks as required Skills & Experience: MR Truck License: You must hold a current and valid Medium Rigid (MR) license Manual Dexterity: Experience with hand tools and equipment (backpack blowers, pruning tools, etc.) Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting furniture and walking long distances with equipment Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team or autonomously Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude toward a variety of tasks ranging from cleaning to minor civil works If you are a capable and licensed civil maintenance professional seeking a new opportunity contributing to the public spaces of the Eastern Suburbs, we encourage you to apply now.
