Our ambition The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic administrator to join our Sydney Recruitment team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across our Australian offices. Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break) Flexible work: up to 2 days work from home What you’ll do Provide end-to-end coordination support for lateral recruitment across Australia. Draft and post job advertisements, schedule interviews (virtual and in-person), and manage candidate communications. Maintain accurate recruitment data in systems such as Workday and LinkedIn. Liaise with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates to ensure an exceptional experience. Assist with reporting tasks, market mapping and onboarding new recruitment agencies. Process invoices and referral rewards and support ad hoc recruitment projects. What you’ll bring 12 months in a corporate administration role, ideally within the legal or professional services industry. Strong organisational and diary management skills, with an ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems and SEEK/LinkedIn desirable. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
