Your impact, with us As our highly valued Accounts Support Officer, this position will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency of our account’s operations. This role will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all payments are allocated and receipted appropriately into the system, billings are managed effectively, and debt managed in a timely manner to support positive cash flow into the business. What you’ll bring To succeed in the role, you will have: 2 years proven experience as an accounts receivable clerk. Experience navigating private health insurance claims and Medicare billing is highly regarded. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, including excel. High level of customer service and communication skills.
