About the Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Product, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is metrics-driven and goal-oriented to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Flight Centre Travel Group's vision and strategy. The Product Manager (Air Fulfilment) is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements defining the product vision working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met What you will be doing: Responsibility for defining and executing the product strategy Identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitors Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the product Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to-market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customers Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and update About you: 2 years professional experience in a product management role A bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in a related field Travel/airline industry experience desirable Strong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product success Strong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisions Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver their best work Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives Create a clear and compelling product vision and guide the team towards achieving the product goals Use best-practice product management methodologies to rapidly research, prototype, test and iterate new features Assists with the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap outlining key milestones and priorities for the product development team Deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needs Able to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successful Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product and marketing Able to adjust to changing market conditions and customer needs Create experiments, including running A/B tests and gathering customer feedback through surveys and interviews to validate whether changes are likely to drive loyalty and retention Please advise your leader before applying
