As a Senior Workforce Information Advisor , you will support People and Culture and various stakeholders with their reporting and process optimisation needs. This includes collaboration, promotion and the business adoption of analytical reports to improve the commercial performance of the business, improve the quality of the UnitingCare services we provide to our customers, ensuring efficiencies and identification of problem areas in a proactive manner. Please note, this is a full time, fixed-term opportunity, until the end of October 2026. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, working from home two days a week. Your part in our UnitingCare team Create, develop, and manage Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards. Refine and improve existing reports to enhance performance and usability. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and uniformity across reporting outputs. Partner with HR, Finance, and Digital and Technology departments to assess reporting requirements and convert business needs into actionable Workday reports. Deliver meaningful analysis to aid in strategic decision-making. Detect patterns and irregularities within HR and payroll datasets. Translate complex data into meaningful insights to support leadership decision-making across the organisation. What makes a difference for us? Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions. Experience with Workday Reporting and knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation data structures (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office suites for advanced analytics and dashboard development. A good working knowledge of organisational design and workforce management principles is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to create automated reports and dashboards whether in Excel or in other platforms (e.g. PowerBI). Good working knowledge of Business Intelligence software is beneficial.
