In this role, you will collaborate with the Director and Assistant Directors of Pharmacy to provide project management expertise and support for the successful delivery of complex, high-risk multi-disciplinary projects within Sunshine Coast Health, with a focus on supporting complex projects, clinical redesign, and programs across the region. You will use your high level of interpersonal, analytical and project management skills and experience to navigate the project lifecycle, delivering or supporting the delivery of projects in accordance with the agreed project parameters of success including scope, time, cost, and quality management principles. The CPMP Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a Collaborative Pharmacist Medication Prescribing Clinical Protocol across SCH. This position will be responsible for the facilitation of the CPMP steering committee, under the direction of the Assistant Director of Pharmacy (Clinical). This position will be required to report progress to Sunshine Coast Health (SCH) Pharmacy Leadership. It is an expectation of the role to prepare project implementation reports. Key Responsibilities include: Implement contemporary change management processes to support sustainable improvements. Translate evidence into practice and contribute to research. Develop and implement systems and strategies to ensure effective governance for quality, safety and risk across the program. Track, monitor and report project and program progress, and track benefit realisation. Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $172 615 p.a., comprising salary rates: $73.12 - $76.30 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Fixed term temporary part position, 60.8 hrs p.f. for 4 months).
