This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and demonstrate a high level of diligence and self-motivation. Key responsibilities include providing clinical and supervisory leadership to ensure Dental Assistants meet performance objectives, collaborating with the Oral Health Service Senior Management team to ensure the effective delivery of clinical activities and processes, and participating in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a highly skilled and efficient workforce.
