An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced and strategic professional to provide leadership and operational management for the Medical Workforce Unit, Medical Education Unit, Specialist Consulting Rooms and Dental Services at BRHS. In this newly created position, you will use your health industry experience and human resource management expertise to implement strategies to improve service delivery, enhance patient outcomes and deliver effective resource management. This role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to drive performance, quality, and patient satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Key to this role is overseeing effective workforce planning and management to meet short-term service demands and long-term workforce sustainability. What You'll Bring: Relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical, human resource, business or relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role, with strong background in operational and financial management Knowledge of medical workforce structures, recruitment and retention, workforce planning, relevant legislation and industrial instruments. Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple departments and foster collaboration to deliver enhanced patient care. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, solve complex problems and implement effective solutions to optimise service delivery.
