This role provides centre‑based, home‑based and residential aged‑care assessments and interventions, with a focus on complex age‑related conditions, hospital avoidance, post‑acute care, intensive rehabilitation and reablement. You will play a key leadership role in shaping high‑quality services for older people accessing community allied health programs. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA). Skills and experience Advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in physiotherapy for community‑based clients with chronic and age‑related conditions. Proven ability to provide clinical leadership within physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams, including driving service improvement, innovation and clinical protocol development. * Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and support junior staff to ensure safe, high‑quality and sustainable service delivery.
