Bitton, located in Alexandria NSW 2015, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Supervise and support staff, including training and performance management Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality and consistency Manage staff rosters, budgets, and inventory levels Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards Monitor sales and operational costs, and contribute to business improvement strategies Ensure the venue complies with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements About you: Minimum of one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proven experience in handling budgets, rosters, and inventory High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
