Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional dining experience Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service Follow workplace hygiene, food safety, and health regulations Assist with opening and closing procedures as required About you: Minimum of one year of experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar role Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Well-groomed and professional presentation Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Understanding of workplace hygiene and safety practices Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
