Atlas Migration , located in Sydney NSW 2000, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal Secretary to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative and secretarial support to migration agents and legal professionals. Preparing, formatting and managing legal and migration related documents and correspondence. Maintaining accurate client files, both electronic and paper based, in accordance with confidentiality requirements. Managing diaries, appointments, deadlines and court or departmental lodgements. Liaising professionally with clients, government departments and external stakeholders. Handling telephone enquiries, emails and front desk reception duties as required. Assisting with billing, invoicing and general office administration tasks. About you: At least one year of relevant experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal or professional services environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, document management and email systems. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
