About the Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to step into a lead role within a high-performing, design-led practice delivering luxury multi-residential and mixed-use projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This position sits at the centre of the design and delivery process, offering genuine influence over concept development, documentation quality and construction outcomes. You’ll work closely with directors, consultants and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest architectural and build standards. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design from concept through documentation and construction support Drive design intent and architectural quality across projects Coordinate consultants across planning, certification, structural, civil and services Oversee Revit documentation and coordinated construction-ready outputs Review documentation for buildability, accuracy and risk Resolve design queries during construction Support and mentor junior team members About You Proven experience delivering complex projects through documentation and construction High-level Revit capability in consultant-heavy environments Confident leading consultant coordination Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Architecture degree; registration or eligibility highly regarded Experience in multi-residential or mixed-use projects preferred How to Apply: Apply via Seek or send your CV to lachlan@ascendrecruit.com.au .
