This permanent role sits at the intersection of partner, product and engineering, where you'll lead technical scoping, convert qualified opportunities into active partnerships, ensuring successful field deployments and ongoing growth. The Role You will focus on converting and growing partnerships so that you consistently turn scoped opportunities into active partnerships. You will also ensure the quality and timely delivery of partner and customer projects, working with internal teams to make this happen. You’ll be able to build a repeatable model, establishing clear, trusted processes for partner scoping, delivery, and communication. Own the full lifecycle of key partnerships, from first technical scoping conversation to field deployment and beyond Translate partner needs into clear technical and delivery requirements, driving qualified opportunities to signed agreements Coordinate internal teams to deliver against partner commitments and ensure field performance meets expectations Lead all external communication with partners, including updates, issue management and progress reporting Skills and experience Experience managing technical customer or partner relationships in defence, hardware, deep tech, engineering, or science-led environments Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand complex devices and engage credibly with engineers Proven ability to own delivery across multiple stakeholder groups and moving parts Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, direct and structured approach Background in systems engineering, field deployments, test and measurement, or product operations (desirable) Experience working with external partners, customers, or government-adjacent organisations (desirable) Exposure to hardware validation, field trials, or prototype-to-product transitions (desirable) Experience creating processes or playbooks in growing teams (desirable) Benefits Small, driven team with a values-led culture Be part of a well-funded, fast-growing startup at a pivotal stage, shaping a globally significant technology Help bring quantum sensing out of the lab and into real-world domains that matter Flexible working
